Fall Open Enrollment Begins August 1, 2024
We are pleased to offer College of DuPage students and their families insurance plans provided by Delta Dental of Illinois, Chubb Insurance and Teladoc. Students may also enroll in Individual Health Insurance through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois or United Healthcare.
Open Enrollment Period
- Fall: August 1 – October 31, 2024 (plan effective date September 1)
- Spring: February 1 – March 31, 2025 (plan effective date March 1)
- 6-month plans only
You must enroll in coverage during the open enrollment period. If you have a qualifying life event you may be eligible for a special enrollment period. Please refer to our FAQ page for more information.
Health Insurance Options
- Individual Insurance through the HealthCare.gov – Open Enrollment is November 1 – January 15. You may be able to enroll outside of open enrollment if you have a qualifying life event.
- Short Term Insurance plans are available at any time
